1. What Information Do We Collect?
Personal information you disclose to us

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you contact support, submit feedback, or otherwise interact with us regarding the app. This may include your name, email address, and the content of your messages.
Information automatically collected
In short: Some information — such as device and app identifiers — is collected automatically when you use the app.
We automatically collect certain technical information to operate and improve the Services, such as:
Device information (model, OS version, language, device identifiers/instance IDs)
App events, usage statistics, screens and features used, session duration
Diagnostics (crash logs, performance data)
Approximate location derived from IP (we do not collect precise GPS location)
Analytics & crashes. We use Google Firebase to help us understand app performance and reliability. Firebase may receive the above technical signals to provide aggregated analytics and crash reporting.
Sensitive information
We do not knowingly process sensitive personal information (e.g., health, biometric, financial, government ID, precise location).
2. How Do We Process Your Information?
We process information to:
Provide, maintain, and improve the app and its features
Monitor performance and fix bugs (e.g., via crash logs)
Protect against fraud, abuse, and misuse of the app
Respond to inquiries and provide user support
Comply with legal obligations

4. When, With Whom Do We Share Personal Information?
Service providers. We share limited data with vendors that help us run the app (e.g., Firebase analytics/crash reporting). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your information.
Legal and safety. We may share information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect rights, property, and safety.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the relevant successor.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Do We Use Social Logins?
No. The app does not currently offer sign‑in with social networks or Apple/Google login.
6. Do We Use Cookies Or Other Tracking Technologies?
Apps: We do not use web cookies in the mobile app. Our analytics partner (Firebase) uses SDK signals within the app to provide aggregated analytics and crash reporting.
Web: If we later publish a website for Adult Charades, that site may use cookies; any website cookie practices will be described in a separate website privacy/cookie notice.
7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined in this notice (e.g., app operation, troubleshooting, legal compliance). When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize the data.
8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure, and transmission of information within the app is at your own risk.
9. What Are Your Privacy Rights?
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or to object/restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@rootscoder.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
10. Controls For Do‑Not‑Track Features
Most mobile operating systems do not yet support a uniform “Do‑Not‑Track” signal for apps. If such a standard is adopted, we will update this notice accordingly.
11. Do We Collect Information From Minors?
No.Adult Charades is intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided data, please contact us so we can delete it.
12. Do Other Regions Have Specific Privacy Rights?
EEA/UK. You may have rights under GDPR, including to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California (USA). If applicable, the CCPA/CPRA may grant rights to know, delete, correct, and opt‑out of certain sharing. We do not “sell” personal information as defined by the CPRA.
India. We endeavor to comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) for data principals in India.
13. Do We Make Updates To This Notice?
Yes. We may update this notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
