Our Services are mobile apps only (no websites are covered by this Policy). As set out in our Terms of Service, you must be of legal age to use the Services or have verifiable consent from your legal guardian where permitted by law.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you interact with us (e.g., in‑app forms or support emails), you may provide personal details such as your name, email address, username, and any information you include in your messages.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
We automatically collect certain data to operate and improve the Services, which may include:
- Device details (model, OS version, device identifiers)
- IP address and general location information
- App usage data (features used, session duration)
- Crash reports and performance logs
Analytics: We use Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. Firebase may collect identifiers to measure performance and improve the app.
1.3 Purchases via App Stores
In‑app purchases are processed by the app store provider (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store). We do not store your payment card details, but we may receive confirmation of your transaction.
Note: We do not use social logins (e.g., Facebook/Google) and we do not set website cookies for apps.
2. Use of Information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Services and user experience
- Analyze performance and usage to enhance features
- Respond to support requests and communicate with you
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information as follows:
- Service Providers: Trusted vendors (e.g., Firebase) who perform analytics, crash reporting, or maintenance for us and are bound to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
- Legal & Safety: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, information may be transferred to the successor.
4. Consent
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in this Policy, including transfers to other countries where our providers operate.

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, or as required by applicable law (e.g., for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance).

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13, or under 16 in the EU, without parental consent where required. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in this section by updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Age Restrictions & Eligibility
You must be of legal age to use the Services, or have your legal guardian’s consent where legally permissible. In the European Union, users must be 16 or older; where national law allows, users under 16 may access the Services if they are at least 13 and have appropriate consent.
