II. Information We Collect
1. Functional Information
- Camera & Files: The App requires access to your device’s camera and storage to scan documents and save them as PDFs or images. All scanned content remains on your device unless you choose to share/export it.
- Photos/Media: If you import images from your gallery, the App will request technical access only to allow you to select and scan them.
2. Automatically Collected Information
- Device information (model, OS version, screen size, device ID)
- App usage data (features used, session duration)
- Crash logs and diagnostics (via Firebase Crashlytics)
- Approximate location from IP (for analytics and ads)
- Advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA, Google Advertising ID) if you consent to tracking — used for interest-based ads.

III. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the scanning functionality
- To save/export documents you scan
- To improve app performance and fix bugs (analytics & crash reporting)

IV. Sharing Of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:
- Service providers: Firebase (analytics, crash reporting), Google AdMob/Meta Ads (advertising).

V. Data Retention
Scanned documents stay on your device until you delete them. Analytics and ad data are kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described, or as required by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure.
VII. Children’S Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

- Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads (Android 12 or lower) / Settings > Security & privacy > More privacy settings > Ads (Android 13+)
